I thought I would drop by and tell you about the Young Bond game called Avenue of Death.

You must collect coins and more importantly matches in order to escape the Avenue of Death.
Watch out for sinister creatures who will try and thwart your attempts at survival.

would this be an ad or just a person letting us know about a game?

I guess it depends on how you want to see it. It is a game but at the same time the game is mentioning a brand so it could be argued that its both. Personally im just letting people know about a game.

It's also somewhat dependent upon the goals of said notification. If it's someone coming in and promoting their own site/game, trying to leech some traffic off of me for their own gain, then it's an ad (or spam). If it's just something that was found to be cool and you wanted to point us all to it, then maybe it's fine. Pretty often, it's the former and not the latter -- which is annoying.

If this is your game, just ask me and I'll see if I want to add it to the site. I just don't like (and I've conditioned our players to feel the same) when people come in and spam.

If it's not your game and you're just helping our community, then welcome... and thanks. Just be clear of intentions and we're likely golden.

Dude... no worries AT ALL! I'm totally stoked to get help from folks. I haven't had much time to police things like I should. It's appreciated.

Someday, I need to sign on some moderation help around here, that's for sure. Once all my updates are finally live and there are more games, this community's going to grow. I don't mind self-policing in the least.
