i can't stress how good this is. sure - you need discs and pay a monthly fee but it's an incredibly good game. ive been playing it for +4 years and im still not bored. its an mmorpg, slightly like runescape but so, so much better. for a start people dont just wander around swearing at each other and killing themselves. you have a huge variety of things to do. i can't ever get bored of it.
P.S: i also enjoy guildwars.

guildwars is a smaller swg. it has a few places on one world, but is still quite good. you buy the discs and there arent any payments thereafter. not bad really!
