This sucker is frantic!  Very fun version of the classic BreakOut! game, where you steer a paddle (in this case, two stacked paddles) to smack a ball up into the colored brick things.  As you progress, more balls get added to the game, AND they speed up at different rates.  It really is frantic.  Great fun, for sure... if you like this type of game, that is.  I'm calling it "Multi-Break" since there isn't another name that I've found for the game.

Choose between controlling the paddles with your mouse or the keyboard by clicking on, you guessed it, "use mouse" or "use arrow keys"... just in case that wasn't clear.  :)
